There is space for one extra child. A fold-up bed or cot and high chair are  available at no extra charge. Parents are responsible for the children during their stay.

Breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.
We kindly ask not to bring pets or animals.

Booking Conditions

A booking is confirmed once we receive your name, contact details, and stay dates. For all bookings > 3 nights, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is settled on departure.

For bookings > 5 nights, contact us directly for a discount. 

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

For cancellations 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay is due.

For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no‑show: 100% of the total stay is due.

Deposits

Deposits are fully refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations, the deposit is retained.
